Warclick Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Easy-to-Read Summary (Not Legalese)

This summary explains how Warclick works in plain English.

The legal agreement starts below and controls if there's any conflict.

How Warclick works:

  • No source code access. Warclick does not read, store, clone, or analyze source code files or filenames. We analyze activity metadata and timestamps, and use limited text such as commit messages and pull request titles to group and categorize activity.
  • GitHub-based access only. You authenticate using GitHub. Warclick honors GitHub's permissions exactly as granted.
  • Minimal GitHub permissions. Warclick requests read-only permissions required to provide engineering telemetry:
    • Repository Contents
    • Repository Commit Statuses
    • Repository Metadata
    • Repository Deployments
    • Repository Issues
    • Repository projects
    • Repository Pull requests
    • Organization Members
    • Organization projects
  • Fair, usage-based billing. You are billed monthly based only on active GitHub contributors. If 200 people log in but only 60 have activity during the billing period, you pay for 60.
  • 14-day free trial. Every organization gets one free trial. Subscriptions cannot be started until onboarding finishes and you have seen the product in action.
  • Cancel anytime. No contracts. No minimum terms. If Warclick doesn't deliver value, you're free to walk away. In fact, we encourage it.
  • Your data is yours. You retain all intellectual property. We only use aggregated, anonymized activity counts for industry benchmarking.

Official Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Warclick platform and services ("Service") operated by Warclick, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("Warclick," "we," "us," or "our").
